START program

Taking the first step into fitness.

It can take a big step to join a gym! And when you finally took that first step... you joined the gym, you paid for your membership, and you were ready to exercise, 
but then... you walked into the gym feeling terrified, not knowing what to do or where to begin, you ended up feeling lost, embarrassed and never wanting to go back! And the membership you paid for is still going to waist.  Sound familiar???

I made this program for them exact reasons. Start was the first ever program I ever made because I wanted to help people learn how to exercise, feel confident, to know exactly what to do and why, and to find the type of exercise they enjoy!

This program is for anyone who wants to take that first step into fitness, or if you're someone who hasn't exercised in a long time, or may have dipped in and out of exercise and wants to learn from the basics up. I will show you the way!

​

This program revolves around learning how to exercise, firstly, bodyweight exercise, using your own body to move, then learning how to use different types of exercise equipment and free weights. Each week you will progress and have structure and routine. You will find the type of exercise that you enjoy. 

​

If you do my Start program you will finish my program with confidence, taking away knowledge you can use for life. You will learn how to exercise correctly and safely, creating new habits and routine. Each week you will not only gain the benefits of exercise, but discover the power of exercise as an aid to relieve stress and promote mental well-being.

The best investment you can make is in yourself. 

FITTER & STRONGEr program

Reach for your goals!

If you are someone who has exercised many times before but is lacking the knowledge and motivation to become fitter and stronger then this is the program for you. Fitter & Stronger is the second program I made because I wanted to push people to their potential and help reach for their goals.

 

I would recommend this program for someone advanced and who has exercised before.  

Once you have finished my Start program you can then progress onto this program.

 

Fitter & Stronger shows you how strong you can be, both physically and mentally.

This program revolves around resistance training, and metabolic conditioning training that evolves week by week, to shape your body by building lean muscle as well as burning body fat. 

 

Fitter & Stronger is a program that will improve fitness levels, strength, and help you develop skills you can use for life.

move program

Its never to late to move your body!

​

Move is my seniors strength and aerobic program.

​

Physical activity and exercise can help you stay healthy, energetic and independent as you get older. As we age bone density and muscle mass decreases. Age-related muscle loss, called sarcopenia, is a natural part of aging. Less muscle means greater weakness and less mobility. You might start to get aches and pains you never had before and have less energy to go out. You may also be more vulnerable to injury. 

 

With that being said, exercise is crucial to keep your bones and muscles strong and it also promotes mental and emotional health. But it can be hard to know where to begin. If you haven’t worked out for a while, entering back into the active world can be daunting! 

 

My Move program is a strength and aerobic training program. Strength training can help maintain muscle tissue, increase bone density, and contribute to better balance and coordination and reduce the risk of falls. Aerobics will keep your fit as it improves cardiovascular health.

4 weeks / X2 sessions per week 

(8 sessions) £175

My FITTER STRONGER program is a commitment of 4 weeks, you can then decide if you want to continue onto the next stage as Fitter & Stronger is a continuous program.

MOVE PROGRAM

4 weeks / X2 sessions per week

  (8 sessions) £175

​

My MOVE program is a commitment of 4 weeks, you can then decide if you want to continue onto the next stage as Move is a continuous program. 

​

Tailor made programs are also available to suit personal needs and goals. This can be discussed in your consultation.
