GROUP TRAINING
FOUR WEEKS TO A FITTER YOU
My four week Fit Camp is where you can privately book me for four weeks and team up with your friends or family in your own private group, or, you can join one of my open Fit Camps classes where you will meet like minded people.
When you sign up to a Fit Camp you are paying to commit to camp and yourself.
Fit Camp is strength and conditioning training. Whether you are aiming to boost your health, lose weight, improve your performance, or just want to receive all the endless benefits of physical activity, body conditioning exercises will help you develop your overall physical fitness as well as improve mental health.

You should be able to enjoy exercise and it is my goal to make sure you do with my fun Fit Camp classes.

Fit Camp will benefit those who have the same goals in mind and want exercise motivation. Doing it together!

PRIVATE FIT CAMP
You organise your private group and your location.
Group minimum | 2 people
Group maximum | as many as like its your group

PUBLIC FIT CAMP
You can join a Fit Camp class organised by me and meet like minded people.
( I may only run these Fit camp groups throughout the year depending on my availability.)
