Hey I'm Kirsty! If you are here, reading this, I want you to know I am truly here for you!
I became a Fitness Trainer because of how exercise made me feel, strong, empowered, confident and capable of so much more than I ever thought. And now it is my mission to help other women feel exactly the same.
Exercise is incredibly powerful. It can transform your life, not only physically but mentally. I understand how stressful everyday life can be and how much it can affect your health, your motivation and your mindset.
After overcoming some difficult and traumatic experiences in my own life, I found passion for helping others rebuild their strength inside and out.
My aim is simple: to help as many women as possible become the strongest, happiest versions of themselves through the power of movement.
